Main Duties
- Provide customer services over the phone
- Take care of customer’s account and maintain a good relationship with customer
- Provide credit management and arrange duties for customer repayment
- Answer customer inquiries
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Good communication skills and fluent Cantonese
- Monday to Friday: Minimum three days per week, 4 to 8 hours per day
