Main Duties

  • Provide customer services over the phone
  • Take care of customer’s account and maintain a good relationship with customer
  • Provide credit management and arrange duties for customer repayment
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Good communication skills and fluent Cantonese
  • Monday to Friday: Minimum three days per week, 4 to 8 hours per day
