Main Duties
- Handle applicants / customers enquiries in a professional manner
- Evaluate customer’s finacial assenssments and application history to provide suitable financial services
- Responsible for handling loan administration operations
- Prepare loan applicants and documents, and check correctness before credit approval
- Perform investigations on all internal reports tot detext suspicious transacrion and to avoid fraud
- Stay current with financial regulations, the economy and the market rates
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Secondary education lebel with work experience in financial service industries are highly perferred
- Proficient in MS Office, good Chinese typing skills are highly required
- Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese (Fluency in English and/or Korean would be an advantage)
- Strong team player and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of loan documentation, procedures or the relevant field is a definite advantage
