Main Duties
- Take care of ther customer’s account and maintain a good relationship with the customer
- Provide credit management and arrange duties for customer repayment
- Responsible for calling customers to handle overdue payment
- Performing credit analysis and reviewing successful loan applicants’ financial data to determine if they repay well
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- With credit management of Banks or financial institutions is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task assignments and manage multiple priorities at a given time
- String communication skills and a good team player
- Fluent Cantonese and basic English
- Good computer skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel ; Good Chinese typing skills
